the pool was open, fitness room was open, vending machines, convenient being right in the middle of pikeville!! parking was easy, staff was accommodating and friendly. the Pikeville tourist center is right in the lobby of the hotel so it was super convenient. the staff let me request the 6th floor facing the back with had pretty view of mountains

The lobby was beautiful! The staff was so friendly. There was a free parking garage right next to the entrance. Also, they actually serve a complimentary breakfast. It wasn't just fruit and maybe a pastry. There actually was sausage or bacon, omelettes, and pastries, waffles, hot and cold cereals. Plus there was plenty of it!

The property was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location of the property is ideal for access to the Expo Center - it was a quick walk just across the street. There are also many restaurants nearby.

Hot breakfast, several rotating choices, omelets, egg white frittatas, excellent bacon, sausage, fresh waffles, premade hot oatmeal with optional toppings, pastries, coffees, juices, fresh fruit, and more.
